Kite Financial Solutions is a client focused Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) started by a team of professionals with a passion for finance and client care. Our passion is to increase the wealth of our investors well becoming a household investment brand you can trust. We look to build life-long relationships with our clients by providing support, successful investments and a team they can rely on.
Kite Financial Solutions is registered under provincial securities legislation in British Columbia and Alberta. The regulatory framework for EMDs is set out in National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations, which applies in all jurisdictions across Canada.

With over 25 years of accounting experience in public practice, Moe brings a wealth of practical and technical experience to Kite Financial Solutions. In recent years, Moe devoted himself to helping entrepreneurs successfully launch businesses around BC. As a developer of real-estate projects on the west coast, Moe has accumulated a broad range of experience in real estate and real estate financing. Moe’s passion is to see his clients succeed both financially and personally.
Henry Yong, Vice-President
Since 1993, Henry has been active in residential and commercial real estate. In the past 25 years Henry's real estate ventures and transactions have cumulative asset values well over $1B. Henry has an overwhelming passion for real estate, making it his life’s work. His extensive experience helps to ensure that Kite Financial has the highest quality of Mortgage Investment Corporations (MICs) in its portfolio.
Laura Lang, Chief Compliance Officer
Having previously worked in securities and large financial institutions, Laura brings a wealth of experience to KITE Financial Solutions. Laura is strongly committed to compliance, professional growth, and putting the needs of clients above all else.
